..:: About BayBimmerz ::.. The BayBimmerz were founded in 2000 by a small group of die-hard BMW enthusiasts. Early members included Jay Singh, Joe Gaffey, Boris Soliz, Tim Ossun, and Erik Lind. The local BMWCCA chapter was huge but simply did not serve the needs of some enthusiasts. BayBimmerz first event included challenging drive and some wine tasting. Our first priority is fun for our members, albeit safe fun. We are respectful of the law (for the most part ;-)) and we encourage all BMW drivers to comeout and cruise with us. We want to cultivate a community of drivers, and that means everything from car cruises to ALMS races to garage tech days.
